Analytio Proprietary Beta License
Version 1.0 — 25 October 2026

Copyright (c) 2026 Adrián. All rights reserved.

1. Scope

These terms cover the original Analytio software, source code,
documentation and original assets owned by the copyright holder. Third-party
components and materials carrying their own notices are excluded and remain
governed by their respective licenses.

2. Free use of the beta application

The copyright holder permits you, without a license fee, to install and run
official, unmodified desktop beta distributions and to use the official hosted
web application for lawful personal or professional purposes. You may make the
technical copies needed for that authorized use, including browser caching and
a backup of your authorized desktop copy.

This permission applies to application use. It does not grant a general license
to the underlying source code. This version does not promise that future
versions or services will remain free or use the same terms.

3. Private source code and reserved rights

The original source repository is intended to remain private. No permission is
granted to obtain access to private source code, disclose or publish it, reuse
it in other projects, or create or distribute modified or derivative versions
of the original software. Execution of client-side scripts supplied by the
official web application is permitted solely as part of authorized application
use under section 2.

You may not sell, sublicense, redistribute or otherwise publish copies of the
original software, source code or modified builds without separate written
permission from the copyright holder. Sharing a link to an official application
access or download page is permitted.

No trademark rights are granted. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

4. Third-party and statutory rights

Nothing in these terms limits rights granted by third-party licenses, including
rights concerning applicable LGPL components, or rights that cannot lawfully
be restricted under applicable law. These terms do not replace notices, source
availability obligations or other requirements of those third-party licenses.
Official Windows distributions include THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.txt and a licenses
directory identifying the bundled components and their applicable terms.

5. User data and future licensing

These terms do not transfer ownership of your input data or analysis results to
the copyright holder. Your use remains subject to any rights of third parties
in that data.

Any future release of original source code under an open-source license requires
a separate, explicit licensing decision by its rights holders. No future
open-source license or automatic conversion to one is promised by these terms.

6. Warranty and liability

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE BETA SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS",
WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE SAME EXTENT, THE
COPYRIGHT HOLDER IS NOT LIABLE FOR CLAIMS OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM ITS USE.
NOTHING HERE EXCLUDES LIABILITY OR CONSUMER RIGHTS THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE
EXCLUDED.
